DESSCARE is a Social welfare Program established to create a conducive social environment for the diaspora community by addressing risks associated with living abroad. The program is structured to deal with bereavement and financial emergencies.
Diaspora community face enormous challenges. Bereavement and short-term financial crisis are rated as the most important. The organizations twin programs i.e. Desscare Bereavement Scheme and Desscare Financial Scheme were established to ensure that risks associated with loss of a beloved family member and finaicial stress are professionally managed.
Members participate in the program by paying periodical premiums that match their financial abilities.
The resulting participation benefits are called
Diaspora Immediate Triple Benefits (DITB).
Members participate in the program by paying a one-time deposit in consideration of the benefit called Desscare Individual Deposit Benefits (DIDB).
